This recipe is made of tossed veggies and chicken breast mixed with some sauces and served with diffrent types ,its so easy and tasty too..

let’s prepare it but before we have to do a quick prep by cutting and gathering the ingredients:-

Ingredients :
  1.  chopped Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  2. Cornstarch
  3. Eggs ,1 or 2 as your prefrences
  4. ,1 medium Carrot(chopped)
  5. Bell peppers (assorted colors) 1 medium of all three types
  6. Snow peas ,it is optional because the Indian versions do not use this but American ones have it so its up to your choice
  7. Onion ,one medium
  8. Garlic,5-6 cloves
  9. Soy sauce
      • 1/2 tbs

10:Sweet and sour sauce

    • so we have added tomato ketchup and chilly sauce to make it,you can also add sauces like green sauce and oyester sauce
now we are jumping to the process of  recipe ,

Prepare the chicken:

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin, bite-sized pieces.
  1. Fry the chicken:
    • Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet.
    • Fry the breaded chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Stir-fry the vegetables:
    • In a separate pan, heat some oil and add garlic and onions. Sauté until fragrant.
    • Add carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked yet still crisp.
  3. Combine and season:
    • Add the fried chicken to the stir-fried vegetables.
    • Drizzle soy sauce and the sweet and sour sauce that we made over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
    • add  half cup of water
  4. Serve and enjoy:
    • Transfer the Chicken Chopsey onto a serving platter.
    • Pour sweet and sour sauce over the dish for an extra burst of flavor.
